Compared with SCB11 series dry transformer, SCBH15 series transformer: has a 60-70% decrease in no-load loss and a 5% decrease in load loss, which have obvious energy-saving and environmental protection benefits. Amorphous alloys are formed from molten iron, boron, silicon, nickel, cobalt and carbon by rapid solidification process. Its magnetization power is small, so no-load loss and no-load current can be greatly reduced. The amorphous alloy dry-type transformer has good fire resistance. As the insulation material of transformer, the epoxy resin combined with glass fiber is not flammable but extinguishable. It will not produce arc due to short circuit. It is flame-proof and explosion-proof and can be used for power supply in load center. Maintenance-free, pollution-free; with good moisture-proof performance, it can operate normally under 100% humidity, and can resume operation without pre-drying.
